Villa Santa Caterina is an Art Nouveau building of the twentieth century, located in the immediate vicinity of the church of the same name, in the small village of Gardoncino in Manerba del Garda. The ancient holiday home of the Brescia bourgeoisie is immersed in a centenary park and offers its guests an enchanting view of the Valtènesi and the morainic hills.
In a few minutes on foot you can reach the center of Montinelle, the picturesque Port of Dusano and with a walk of about 25 minutes you can reach the Rocca di Manerba.
The structure houses 16 apartments, purely for tourist use, of different sizes and types. During the skillful renovation some original elements were kept unaltered, such as the terracotta floors, period tiles, frescoed ceilings, parquet and wooden beams.
The park of the villa, equipped with sun loungers, sun umbrellas and ping pong table offers ample space for guests to relax in the greenery by resting under the olive trees, preparing a barbecue with the two barbecues available under the large walnut tree or taking a refreshing bath in the large swimming pool.
A play area is available for children.
The pool measures 15 x 7 m and is 125 cm deep, with an integrated children's pool measuring 3.10 x 5 m and 85 cm deep, where the little ones can have fun in complete tranquility.
The swimming pool is free to use for all guests during opening hours (from 8:00AM to 8:00PM).
The playground is equipped with an elastic net for jumping, slide, swing, pole, gymnastics ladder and net for climbing. Adjacent there is a sandpit with fine sand, a wooden house for children and a table with benches.
Access to the playground is always allowed.
